4. It is soluble in ethanol, acetone, chloroform, ether and benzene, but insoluble in water.

 

5. The oral LD50 was 3-4 g / kg for human, 4.3 g / kg for rat, and 1 mg / kg (CE) for ADI.

 

 

 

Application:

 

8000-41-7 is used in the preparation of flavors. It is also used in pharmaceuticals, pesticides, plastics, soap, and ink industries, and is also a solvent for color in glassware.

 

 

 

In our regulations, it is mainly used in lemon, sweet orange, strawberry, peach and other fruit flavors.

 

 

 

According to the needs of normal production, the dosage is generally 40mg / kg in gum, 38mg / kg in seasoning, 19mg / kg in baked goods, 16mg / kg in cold drinks, and 15mg / kg in soy sauce;
